Spicy, Sticky Salmon Noodles



2 salmon fillets

4 cloves of crushed garlic

1/2 onion

2 pak Choi

1 chilli

1 carrot

1 lump of ginger

4 tender stem broccoli

4 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp runny honey

4 medium egg noodle nests


1. Add noodles to boiling water and cook for 4 minutes. Once cooked, drain and set aside.

2. Add soy sauce, chilli, ginger, runny honey, 2 cloves of crushed garlic into a bowl.

3. In a hot pan, add the salmon skin side down and cook on a high heat for 5 minutes. After the 5 minutes, flip over and turn the heat down to a medium heat.

4. Add the sauce to the salmon and leave to simmer and caramelise for a further 7-8 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.

5. Add carrots, onion, noodles and pak Choi to a very hot wok. After 5 mins, add the noodles and cook on a high heat, adding the remaining sauce from the salmon pan.

6. Serve the noodle stir fry and the salmon on top.
