Spicy Harissa Lamb Tacos

SERVES 4



INGREDIENTS

500g lamb mince

3 tbsp harissa paste

1 chilli

2 garlic cloves

Taco Shells

Pomegranate seeds

½ tbsp olive oil


Optional:

Hummus

Raita


METHOD:

  1. Add the oil to your pan and preheat until the oil is very hot.

  2. Breaking up the lamb mince, add to the hot pan (be careful for oil spitting at you!) Cook the mince until crispy (around 8-10 minutes).

  3. Add the harissa paste, chopped chilli and crushed garlic cloves to your pan and mix thoroughly and cook for a further 5 minutes.

  4. Serve hot with taco shells and for extra flavour, a dollop of hummus, raita and pomegranate seeds. Alternatively, you can serve with flatbread.
