
INGREDIENTS FOR LAMB:
4 lamb chops
2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
3 sprigs of Rosemary
1 tbsp garlic butter
FOR THE CHIMICHURRI:
Flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped
Oregano
Garlic, minced
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Chilli
Salt and pepper

1. Marinate lamb in spices for half an hour.
2. Whilst the lamb chops are marinating, prepare your chimichurri. Place all ingredients in a bowl and set aside for 25-30 mins.
3. Heat a pan to a high heat with garlic butter. Add Rosemary and chillies.
4. Reduce heat to a medium heat. Add the lamp chops and cook on either sode for 4-5 mins.
5. Set lamb aside to rest for 8-10 minutes.
6. Drizzle over chimichurri and serve with stuffed grilled peppers and couscous.
