Garlic, Prosecco and Rosemary Baked Camembert



1 Camembert

2 Garlic cloves

3 Springs of Rosemary

25ml Prosecco

1 tsp Olive oil


1. Preheat your oven to 200C

2. Wrap the bottom half of your Camembert in tinfoil and place back into the base of its original packaging

3. With a fork, gently scrape the top of the Camembert (don’t take the whole lot off!)

4. Slice your garlic cloves and place slices into the scrape lines you’ve created.

5. Break the sprigs of Rosemary and stick into the Camembert

6. Pour over the Prosecco and olive oil

7. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes before serving hot with crusty sourdough bread.
